The BAM project aims to address the employment challenge of NEET youth. The consortium organisations have noted that young people are dropping out of education and employment qualifications due to an inability to actively promote themselves and position themselves in the labour market, not to mention poor career guidance. The BAM project will engage NEET youth, educators and stakeholders to address this issue and address it through tangible educational resources and research

Vision:

Brand Me proposes the elaboration of educational resources and instruments that foster participation of youth in the labor market and develops their professionalism, in view of gaining skills and integrating and becoming more recognized and competitive in the labor market

Project Objectives

  • Identify and define the 12 essential digital communication skills to support young workers in training NEETs on the topic of personal brand enhancement;
  • Create the most relevant educational resources that respond to the 12 skills and competencies in personal branding strategies and practices;
  • Reduce the employment imbalance by training young people in the NEET group;
  • Inspire young people to continue developing their careers and promoting themselves
