There is a growing recognition in #Europe that gender stereotypes in the workplace are a barrier to #genderequality. NEWMEN is an initiative aimed at changing gender stereotypes in the workplace through the use of emotional and social intelligence for the development of new masculinities in the workplace.
Partners met on 18 April 2023 in #Bologna, Italy, for a transnational project meeting to exchange research results and discuss the next project outputs.
