DISAWORK Multiplier Event, Vienna

The DISAWORK Multiplier Event was well organized and delivered an informative presentation regarding the progress of the project.
The facilitator introduced us to the project, its main goals and results. I believe that the objectives of the project are especially useful in today´s time of youth unemployability and the rise of mental health issues among youth and workers. Emotional Intelligence should be an aspect that is recognized at any workplace and seen as a valuable part of workers´ and employers´ skillset.
I believe that the created outputs are very useful and that they would contribute to creating a more pleasant as well as productive and creative working environment. As someone working with young people, who can be very vulnerable and unaware of their strengths, and with NGOs, where emotional intelligence is a key aspect of their work, I would be happy to use the resources provided by DISAWORK and create a positive work environment.
